About the Company A US fintech is scaling its India product team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a writer for the product itself. You will write the words inside a product that handles people's money, where clarity and trust are everything. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a UX Content Writer, you will craft the in-product copy that guides users through every screen, flow, and decision. You will make complex financial steps feel simple, clear, and reassuring.

Key Responsibilities

Product Content

- Write UI copy, flows, error states, and microcopy across the product
- Make complex steps explicit, concise, and easy to act on
- Build and maintain a consistent product voice and content patterns

Collaboration & Testing

- Partner with designers, product managers, and researchers on flows




- Test and refine copy based on usability findings and data

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1 to 5 years in UX writing, content design, or product content
- A portfolio of in-product copy and flows you have shipped
- A clear, concise writing style and a user-first mindset
- Clear written English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience writing for fintech, finance, or regulated products
- Comfort with design tools such as Figma and content style guides
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive-language practices
