Hiring: Utility & Logistics Officer | Surat, Gujarat

We are hiring an experienced Utility & Logistics Officer for a well-established organization based in Surat, Gujarat.

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Interview Process: Face-to-Face Interviews Only

Key Responsibilities

- Manage company vehicle operations and coordinate with automobile workshops and service partners.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and body shop activities.
- Handle vehicle insurance claims and coordinate with insurance companies.
- Ensure smooth logistics, vehicle movement, and operational support.
- Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile workshops, vehicle maintenance, or after-sales operations.




- Experience with premium or luxury automobile brands such as Škoda, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or similar brands will be preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to body shop operations.
- Experience in vehicle insurance claim processing.
- Valid LMV Driving License is mandatory.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, including email drafting.
- Strong knowledge of Surat's local routes and traffic conditions.
- Qualification: Diploma or BE in Automobile Engineering.
