Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries to negotiate full payment or structured payment plans on delinquent accounts.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full adherence to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and CFPB Regulation F (Reg F) on every call.
- Consumer Communication: Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication while upholding firm standards for debt recovery.

- Cadence Management:
Comply strictly with Reg F call frequency caps (e.g., maximum 7 contact attempts within 7 consecutive days per debt) and mini-Miranda disclosures.

- Consent Revocation:
Identify and log consumer consent preferences under TCPA (right-to-call limits, auto-dialer rules, and immediate honoring of cease-and-desist or opt-out requests).
- Documentation &
- Data Entry:
Maintain accurate, real-time call disposition logs, consumer dispute notes, and payment arrangements in the Collection Management System (CMS).
Required Skills &
- Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of direct experience in US Third-Party or First-Party Debt Collection (Voice Process).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of FDCPA, TCPA, and CFPB Regulation F guidelines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication skills with neutral/clear accent and solid active listening.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to handle objections, de-escalate sensitive calls, and close payment arrangements effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience working with CRM/Dialer platforms (Vicidial, Five9, LiveVox, or similar) and standard office software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience handling healthcare, credit card, or personal loan collections.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly recovery targets and quality assurance compliance scores.
