US Talent Acquisition Specialist (US Staffing)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic US Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing US staffing business. Based in India, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, validating credentials, empanelling candidates, coordinating deployments, and ensuring a smooth handover to Operations and Finance for onboarding and billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
- Verify employment history, education, certifications, and other credentials.
- Build and maintain a deployment-ready talent pool.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Schedule selected candidates for project assignments and track joining timelines.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation and compliance requirements are completed.




- Coordinate onboarding activities and hand over completed files to Operations and Finance for project activation and billing.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in US Staffing or US Talent Acquisition .
- Robust sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good understanding of US recruitment processes and work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT/CPT, etc.).
- Experience using ATS/CRM tools.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
