Job Title: US Recruiter / Sr. US Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift: US Shift (7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST)

Job Summary:

We are hiring US Recruiters who are strong in end-to-end recruitment and have an interest or exposure in Business Development (BD).

This is a role which give you (70% Recruitment + 30% BD exposure) where you will work on Non-IT & IT requirements while also getting opportunities to interact with clients and contribute to business growth.

Candidates interested in moving towards client handling / BD roles are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Primary Role):

- Handle end-to-end US recruitment for Non-IT and IT roles.
- Work on requirements from Direct Clients / MSP / VMS.
- Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Job Boards.
- Perform screening, validation, and submission of candidates.
- Hands-on experience with W2 / C2C / 1099 / Work Authorization (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer closures.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and update in ATS (Ceipal / similar tools).

Business Development (Secondary Role):





- Support lead generation and client outreach (cold calling, email campaigns).
- Use tools like Apollo.io / LinkedIn for prospecting.
- Assist in client communication and requirement gathering.
- Opportunity to work on client acquisition and account management.
- Collaborate with sales/recruitment teams for delivery.

Good to Have:

- Bench Sales experience
- Business Development / Lead Generation
- Client Handling / Account Management
- Apollo.io or similar tools
- Exposure to US clients

Eligibility:

- 2 - 7+ years of experience in US Staffing
- Strong sourcing & screening skills
- Valuable understanding of US hiring process
- Willing to work in Night Shift (US timings)
- Interest in Business Development activities
