Dinner Facility and Cab Drop facility will be offered by the Company.
:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Initiate background checks for candidates with offers.
- Collect necessary post-offer documents, and ensure knowledge of I-9, W4, and direct deposit forms etc.
- Meet onboarding SLAs, verify background checks for current US joiners.
- Update onboarding tracking reports daily
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems.
- Coordinate with various departments and agencies to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires throughout the onboarding process.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during onboarding.
