US Marketing Executive / HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)

Location: Noida Sector 63 (Near Sector 62 Metro Station)

Job Type: Full time | Work from Office

Shift: US Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off)

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (In-Hand) + Performance Incentives

Cab Facility: One-Way Drop (Office to Home)

Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and client outreach.
- Source and screen candidates for IT & Non-IT positions.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process.
- Build relationships with US clients and candidates.
- Maintain daily reports and recruitment pipelines.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a communication-focused role.
- Experience in US Recruitment, US Marketing, HR Recruitment, Telecalling, BPO, Client Handling, or Business Development is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working night shifts.
