Role Description This full time, in office US IT Recruiter / Workday Recruiter role is based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based IT and Workday positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a wide range of technical roles.

The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create effective job postings, and develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling and facilitating interviews across time zones,



ensuring a positive candidate experience, and updating recruitment tracking systems and reports. The recruiter will also collaborate with HR and leadership to support workforce planning, meet hiring deadlines, and comply with internal policies and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Strong IT Recruitment experience with a focus on Workday and other enterprise technology roles.
- Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting for diverse technical skill sets and seniority levels.
- Proven Hiring capabilities, including stakeholder management and closing candidates in competitive markets.
- Experience recruiting for US time zones and familiarity with US hiring practices and employment norms.
- Ability to use applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, and online sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience recruiting for Workday roles (HCM, Financials, Payroll, Integrations, Adaptive Planning) is highly desirable.

Education Bachelors Degree with a Good communication skills
