Core Responsibilities & Requirements

- Manage the full-cycle IT recruitment process specifically for government and public sector clients.
- Source, screen,



and engage highly qualified technical candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.
- Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and CEIPAL to build and maintain an active talent network.
- Navigate government hiring processes, compliance standards, and eligibility requirements effectively.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and manage the candidate lifecycle through offer acceptance.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to ensure timely, high-quality candidate submissions.
- Demonstrate solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills within a target-driven environment.
