We are seeking experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team in HYDERABAD, India.

Responsibilities

- Sourcing and screening potential candidates for Core IT domains.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and qualified networks.

- Conducting in-depth technical interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Ceipal and LinkedIn RPS

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

- Working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

- Deep understanding of US hiring practices,



tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations (US Citizens, GC, H1B, etc.).

- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal ATS.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Must be adaptable, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
