Job Title: US IT Lead Recruiter

Location: Building no 9 Mindspace, Madhapur, Hyderabad (On-site)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced US Staffing Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships within our US IT Staffing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with recruiters, work independently to cover both Team and Individual Targets (70% own contribution and 30% team management) and ensuring successful delivery of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with existing US staffing clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalations.

Understand client hiring needs and provide staffing solutions across IT, Engineering, Healthcare, and Professional Services.

Generate recent business through existing accounts, referrals, networking, cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Coordinate with recruiters and work independently to achieve successful placements.

Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to clients.

Conduct client meetings, business reviews, and quarterly performance discussions.





Identify opportunities for account expansion and increased revenue.

Stay updated on US staffing trends, labor market conditions, and client hiring practices.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account information using CRM tools.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in US Staffing Account Management or Business Development.

Strong experience managing direct clients and implementation partners.

Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.

Experience working with VMS/MSP clients and staffing portals.

Excellent understanding of the US staffing lifecycle, contract staffing, and recruitment processes.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Preferred Skills

Existing network of US clients and staffing contacts.

Experience with State, Federal, or Commercial staffing accounts.

Knowledge of ATS and CRM platforms such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, Salesforce, or similar.
