Job Title: US Healthcare Business Analyst

Location: Hyderabad, India (100% On-site)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a 100% on-site role requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, healthcare professionals, product teams, and technology teams to analyze business needs, define requirements, and deliver high-quality healthcare technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, healthcare data standards, regulatory requirements, and business analysis methodologies. The candidate should be comfortable translating complex business requirements into functional specifications that support the development and implementation of healthcare applications and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, interviews, and process analysis.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

Analyze current healthcare processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

Create process flow diagrams, business process models, use cases, and functional documentation.

Support the design, testing, implementation, and deployment of healthcare applications and system enhancements.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business functionality, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.

Work closely with development, QA, product management,



and project management teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Analyze healthcare data and prepare reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and data privacy standards.

Identify project risks, dependencies, and change requests while supporting project delivery timelines.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for business requirements, change requests, and solution designs.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 6 years in the healthcare domain.

Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, revenue cycle management, payer/provider processes, or healthcare administration.

Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.

Robust experience writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and use cases.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.

Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
