We are hiring for US Healthcare Recruiter roles in Hyderabad.

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Experience: 2–6 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US Healthcare Recruitment
- Recruit healthcare professionals including RN, CNA, LPN/LVN, NP, MA, and Allied Healthcare professionals
- Source and screen candidates through various job boards and healthcare staffing platforms
- Verify licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals

Requirements:

- 2–6 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
- Solid experience recruiting RN, CNA, LPN/LVN,



NP, MA, and Allied Healthcare professionals
- Good understanding of US Healthcare recruitment, licensing, and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of US work authorization types and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Strong communication, sourcing, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
