Hiring: US HR Generalist | Hyderabad (Onsite)

Location: Hyderabad (5 Days Onsite)
Shift: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (Night shift)
Exp: 4-8 Years
⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
? What you’ll do:
- Handle end-to-end US HR operations for staffing consultants
- Manage onboarding, offboarding & employee lifecycle (W2/C2C/1099)
- Ensure US compliance & employee documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams & US stakeholders
- Maintain HR systems (Ceipal or similar)
? What we’re looking for:
- US HR / Staffing experience is a must
- Solid understanding of US employment practices
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Ready to work in US shift timings
