This is a full-time, on-site US Commercial Real-Estate [Night Shift] role based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting and executing commercial real estate transactions related to US markets, including property research, financial analysis, and preparation of proposals and presentations. The team member will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, maintain accurate records in CRM and other systems, and assist in due diligence and documentation.

Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, preparing market reports,



tracking deal progress, and ensuring timely follow-up across leads and ongoing transactions. The role requires working night shift hours aligned with US business time zones and maintaining high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and client service. Qualifications:

Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate skills to analyze properties, markets, and transaction structures.

Finance skills to interpret financial models, assess investment viability, and support pricing and deal evaluations.

Communication skills to interact clearly with clients and colleagues, and prepare professional reports and presentations.

Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, address queries, and maintain strong relationship standards.

Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Comfort with night shift work and ability to collaborate with US-based stakeholders from Bengaluru.

Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM or real estate software platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; prior experience in commercial real estate or financial services is an advantage.
