Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience recruiting for Aerospace, Aviation, Semiconductor, and Manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate should have experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for engineering and industrial roles while working with direct clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process for US Non-IT requirements.
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for Aerospace, Aviation, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand technical and business hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, Boolean searches, ATS, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, evaluate technical fit, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage offer negotiations, follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure quality submissions and achieve hiring targets within defined turnaround times.

Required Skills

- 2- 5 years of US Non-IT recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for Aerospace, Aviation, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Automotive clients.




- Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing job roles.
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and ATS tools.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
