We are looking for a skilled US Automotive Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring engineering professionals for the automotive or aerospace domain. The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and capable of handling end-to-end recruitment independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, and networking.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for US clients screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
- Understand client requirements in the automotive/aerospace domain.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with hiring managers and ensure recruitment targets are met.

Requirements:

- 3 to 6 years of experience in US recruitment, preferably in automotive/aerospace domains.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in US night shift (WFH).
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and Boolean search techniques.

Note: Candidates with strong experience in US Automotive recruitment are preferred.
