Are you passionate about connecting top engineering talent with cutting-edge aerospace organizations? We are looking for a US Aerospace Engineering Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team and drive recruitment efforts across the aerospace and defense industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Aerospace Engineering positions across the United States.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for roles such as Aerospace Engineers, Design Engineers, Systems Engineers, Stress Analysts, Manufacturing Engineers, Avionics Engineers, and related disciplines.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active aerospace engineering talent.




- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on aerospace industry trends, talent market intelligence, and hiring best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in US recruitment, with exposure to Engineering or Aerospace hiring.
- Strong understanding of aerospace engineering skill sets and industry terminology.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced US staffing/recruitment environment.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
