Job Summary:

We are looking for a US Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, manage the accounting team, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial services to US clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing, along with excellent team management and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise US Accounting operations and team performance.
- Review General Ledger, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, payroll, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Ensure accounting activities comply with US GAAP and company policies.
- Review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and financial reports.
- Handle client communication, queries, and accounting-related issues.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, accuracy, and timely completion of deliverables.
- Guide, mentor, and train team members to improve their technical and professional skills.




- Coordinate with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders when required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Support audits and assist in resolving accounting discrepancies and compliance issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- CA / CA Inter preferred.
- 3–4 years of experience in KPO, BPO, US Accounting, or Accounting Outsourcing.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and US Accounting practices.
- Hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Sage, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines.
- Willingness to work in a US-aligned shift.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
