Position Techno-Functional ERP Developer

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Compensation: ₹6–15 LPA (Based on Experience & Expertise)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional ERP Developer to manage, customize, develop, and enhance our CSP ERP system.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of technical development expertise and functional knowledge of manufacturing business processes. The role involves ERP customization, module development, report creation, database management, system integration, user support, and coordination with business users and external ERP vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules based on business requirements. Analyze and understand business processes across Purchase, Stores, Inventory, Production, Sales, Finance, HR, and Quality. Develop new ERP functionalities, workflows, dashboards, reports, and MIS. Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects. Develop APIs and integrate ERP with third-party applications. Troubleshoot application, database, and performance-related issues. Coordinate with ERP vendors for major enhancements and version upgrades. Perform requirement gathering, functional analysis, development, testing, and deployment. Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and SOPs.

Conduct User Acceptance

Testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support. Ensure ERP security, user access management, backup coordination, and data integrity. Train end users on newly developed features and process improvements.



Recommend automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile Criteria Requirement

Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or related discipline

Experience Minimum 5 years in ERP Development and Techno-Functional Implementation ERP Knowledge CSP ERP preferred.

Experience with any Manufacturing ERP such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, or similar Technical Skills SQL, Database Development, Stored Procedures, APIs, ERP Customization, Crystal Reports/SSRS/Power BI (preferred), UAT, ERP Configuration Functional Knowledge Manufacturing, Production Planning, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Finance, HR, Quality Management Soft Skills Strong analytical ability, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management

Joining Immediate -Joiners Preferred Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing or specialty chemical industries. Knowledge of ERP architecture and database optimization.

Experience with API integration and automation. Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI or Crystal Reports. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management.
