Role & responsibilities

1. Develop policies and plans aimed at reducing employee risk within the projects.
2. Provide assistance to the project safety coordinator in complex accident investigation processes and training initiatives.
3. Review existing policies and measures, ensuring they are updated in accordance with legislation.
4. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures accordingly.
5. Assist safety coordinators in establishing and managing health and safety monitoring systems and policies at the workplace.
6. Ensure comprehensive safety training for employees, including classroom lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on instructions, across projects in the designated zone.
7. Monitor the effectiveness of safety induction programs and training across all projects.

Conduct training sessions and drills on managing emergency situations in selected projects.
9. Prepare detailed reports on safety occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
10. Compile safety metrics and create safety decks on a monthly basis for projects within the designated zone.
11. Support the Safety Management Information System (MIS) by accurately recording all accident reports in a timely manner.
12. Maintain records of project management activities and safety-related initiatives
