- Educate patients about the program journey and its advantages.

- Explain the enrolment process and assist patients with registration through the website link or WhatsApp QR code.

- Provide complete information about the complimentary activities and services included in the program.

- Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle habits, nutrition, and self-care practices.

- Guide patients on injection/pen usage technique and ensure proper understanding.

- Prepare and provide personalized diet charts according to the patients health condition and requirements.

- Support doctors and coordinate with the OPD team for patient education activities.

- Address patient queries related to diet, lifestyle management, and the program.

- Maintain proper follow-up and ensure patients are engaged throughout the program journey.

- Encourage patients to adhere to prescribed diet plans and lifestyle recommendations.

- Maintain patient details on a regular basis in Google Sheets and keep records updated.
