Position: Sr Site Engineer Location: Navi Mumbai Industry: Real Estate (Residential & commercial) Experience: 12–15 Years CTC: ₹8lpa–16 LPA Functional Area - Site Engineering, Project Management Role Category - Site Engineering Education: B.Tech/B.E. – Civil Skills: Structural fabrication, Cladding, Glass Facades :

- Managing parts of construction projects
- Overseeing building work
- Undertaking surveys
- Setting out sites
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other qualified staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
