About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Urban Planner/ Designer with 4–7 years of professional experience in urban planning, urban design, and infrastructure consultancy projects. The candidate will play a key role in preparing bid proposals, technical reports,

presentations, urban design concepts, graphics, and 3D visualizations for domestic and international projects.

Key Responsibilities

Technical skills- Project and Bid proposal work

 Prepare project reports, concept notes, etc. with proven report writing and documentation skills.

 Prepare high-quality technical bid proposals, support in preparing proposal documents, approach and methodology, etc.

 Conduct site analysis, spatial planning studies, urban research, and benchmarking exercises.

Presentation & Communication

 Translate complex planning and design concepts into clear visual narratives and infographics.

 Develop high-quality graphics, maps, diagrams, illustrations,



infographics and create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations

 Create 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to support planning and urban design projects.

Software Proficiency

 AutoCAD

 Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/ Illustrator/ InDesign)

 SketchUp with any 3D Visualization Tools

 Working knowledge of ArcGIS / QGIS is required

 Microsoft PowerPoint and Office Suite
