Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, Professors and Senior Professors..

- Screen resumes and conduct initial discussions to assess candidate suitability.

- Coordinate interviews with Deans, HODs, academic leadership, and other stakeholders.

- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline, candidate database, and hiring MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

- Should have consistently closed 20+ faculty hires per month

- Experience hiring Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, Professors and Senior Professors

- Solid faculty sourcing and screening capabilities

- Ability to manage high-volume, multiple faculty mandates

- Immediate joiners preferred
