Accountabilities:
The Salesforce QA professional will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications,



ensuring solutions meet business requirements, and supporting successful project delivery through effective testing practices.
Perform manual testing activities within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to design effective testing approaches.
Execute test scenarios, identify defects, document issues, and collaborate with delivery teams to resolve problems.
Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily SCRUM meetings, task updates, and project discussions.
Estimate testing efforts, monitor task progress, and support delivery milestones.
Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure solution quality.
Contribute to improving testing processes, automation initiatives, and overall QA practices.
Support web services testing and explore automation frameworks where applicable.
