development team through a balanced blend of automated and manual testing.

improvement, and a culture of quality across the SDLC.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that software
solutions align with user needs, business goals, and performance expectations.
This role demands hands-on engineering capabilities, a high degree of ownership,
and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy and Planning
* Develop, execute,
and maintain comprehensive test plans covering functional,
integration, regression, and performance scenarios.
* Translate business and technical requirements into meaningful manual and
automated test cases.
* Provide actionable feedback to Business Analysts to ensure requirements are
clear, testable, and traceable.
* Define and evolve the overall automation strategy aligned with enterprise
standards and release cadence.
* Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities in collaboration with
Product and Engineering leads.
Automation Framework Development
* Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
* Integrate tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
pipelines and ensure fast feedback.
* Work closely with DevOps to optimize pipeline execution, parallelization of
test execution, and environment provisioning.
Quality Metrics and Reporting
* Define key performance indicators (K
