Job Summary:
The Implementation Engineer III is a senior technical delivery leader who partners with government customers to bring OpenGov cloud software to life,



owning the most complex product configurations and the underlying data migrations across a portfolio of implementations. This role leads requirements validation, configuration and data reviews, platform configuration and testing, data migration and reconciliation, and user enablement, guiding customers through the full deployment journey from kickoff to go-live while setting the technical quality bar for the team.
Acting as a trusted advisor with deep product knowledge and advanced data and database expertise, the Implementation Engineer III understands each customer's goals, pain points, and workflows, and translates them into scalable, maintainable solutions. This role blends hands-on technical delivery, including data transformation and migration (ETL), and scripting, with a consultative, customer-first approach. It also mentors less-experienced engineers, reviews their configuration and data work, and drives the process and quality improvements that raise the standard
