Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design a learning framework tailored to specific needs, ensuring flexibility and agility in execution, especially for virtual and agile environments. Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis to develop a structured curriculum that aligns with process requirements and enhances employee skills.
