Job Purpose
You are a key member of the Customer Success Engineering (CSE) QA team under Corporate System Organization, responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of customer-facing and internal web applications.
In this role, you will drive end-to-end functional testing, contribute to cloud release management in close collaboration with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, and expand automated test coverage using Playwright. You are expected to operate independently, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, and bring a continuous-improvement mindset to the team's QA practices.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end functional testing for cloud-based applications — covering functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing across all release cycles.




Collaborate closely with the SRE team to support cloud release management: participate in deployment validation, monitor release pipelines, coordinate smoke tests post-deployment, and contribute to release readiness sign-offs.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright; continuously expand automation coverage to reduce manual regression effort and accelerate release confidence.
Translate business requirements and user stories into comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases; maintain test documentation aligned with Agile sprint cadences.
Identify, log, and triage defects with clear reproducibility steps and root cause analysis; work directly with developers to drive timely resolution.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives as the QA voice; proactively surface risks and quality concerns early in the development cycle.
