As a Senior Associate – QE Shared Services, you will be responsible for driving the availability, stability, and operational excellence of enterprise test environments supporting multiple delivery teams and platforms. The role focuses on advanced environment management, proactive monitoring, automation, cloud operations, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure setting readiness, minimize disruptions, optimize service delivery, and implement ITIL-aligned operational practices while mentoring junior associates and contributing to strategic environment management initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain QA, UAT, and Partner environments to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Lead environment monitoring, health checks, capacity management, and operational readiness activities.
• Develop and enhance automated sanity suites, monitoring solutions, and environment management utilities.
• Troubleshoot complex environment issues and perform root cause analysis to drive preventive actions.




• Coordinate environment provisioning, refreshes, deployments, and release support activities.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency programs.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, SLAs, and service management standards.
• Analyze environment metrics and publish operational health and availability reports.
• Collaborate with Development, QE, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Operations teams across global locations.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on environment management best practices.
Role Requirements
• B.E./B.Tech. /MCA or equivalent technical qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in Test Environment Management, DevOps, SRE, Production Support, Infrastructure Operations, or Application Support.
• Strong expertise in AWS, UNIX/Linux, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
