Your Team's Impact

We are seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of the Catalog and Governance capabilities within the FactSet Intelligence Platform (FIP) Data Layer.

This role owns the catalog as the authoritative system connecting semantic models, and physical data sets, enabling trusted, secure, and discoverable data across domains. The Senior Principal Product Manager will implement governance frameworks, model standards,



and catalog services that support scalable domain onboarding, data model compliance, and AI-ready data access. As a senior leader, this role also drives insights-based product discovery and cross-functional strategy alignment.

What You'll Do
Insights — Derives insights to support product bets
Understands the dynamics of domain teams, governance & standards office, platform consumers, and stakeholders relying on catalog and governance capabilities; builds this understanding through regular and direct engagement.
Owns product discovery for catalog and governance capabilities — proactively validates opportunities (e.g., model standards, lineage tooling, compliance frameworks) to prove value, viability, feasibility, and usability before development.
Uses catalog adoption, model quality, and governance compliance data to evaluate and inform strategy and decision-making.
