WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will join one of our Product Areas and become part of a cooperative team focused on operating and improving our Azure-based SaaS platform. You’ll work with experienced engineers and cross-functional colleagues to help ensure reliability, scalability,



and operational excellence for both onboarding and running client environments.
This role is a launchpad for your development as an SRE—combining hands-on engineering, automation, monitoring, and platform support—with strong mentorship and continuous learning opportunities built in.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Contribute to the daily operations of our Microsoft Azure-hosted platform
Assist in managing and improving infrastructure deployment pipelines and automation tasks
Monitor platform performance and availability using tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and change management activities
Help schedule and optimize batch jobs using enterprise schedulers
Support the integration and configuration of third-party tools and services
Learn and apply SRE and ITIL practices, including service ownership and post-incident reviews
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint-based team deli
