Accountabilities:
As an Epic Instructional Designer,



you will be responsible for creating, managing, and improving training solutions that support healthcare technology users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with operational needs.
Design, develop, and deliver Epic electronic health record (EHR) training materials, e-learning content, and instructional resources.
Create and maintain structured curricula, user documentation, job aids, and supporting training materials.
Build, configure, and test Epic training environments to ensure effective learning experiences.
Collaborate with technical analysts, subject matter experts, and operational leaders to gather requirements and validate content.
Manage assigned instructional design projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
