IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Talent Pool in the South region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets for our 2 Wheeler and Premium Bikes segment in the retail banking department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets for 2 Wheeler and Premium Bikes segment in the South region
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the 2 Wheeler and Premium Bikes industry
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify current opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to develop and launch new products and promotions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the 2 Wheeler and Premium Bikes industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the 2 Wheeler and Premium Bikes market in South India
- Ability to travel extensively within the
