This is a 6-day working setup with Monday to Friday operating from office and Saturday as Work From Home (WFH).

About The Role

We’re hiring a WebGL/Three.js Engineer who is passionate about 3D rendering and browser-based visual experiences. This is a hands-on WebGL/Three.js role where you’ll own the rendering pipeline - from 3D asset ingestion to advanced shaders and real-time lighting. You will build high-performance, photorealistic, and smooth 60fps experiences across devices, crafting custom rendering solutions that push the limits of WebGL.

What You’ll Own





Build and optimize high-performance real-time 3D/WebGL experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Build advanced rendering systems including PBR materials, custom shaders, lighting, shadows, reflections, and post-processing effects.
Design and implement interactive 3D viewers, configurators, camera controls, and immersive user experiences.
Optimize graphics performance through asset compression, LODs, batching, culling, caching, and GPU profiling.
Develop and maintain 3D asset pipelines supporting formats such as glTF, USDZ, FBX, and OBJ.
Build WebXR and AR experiences, including browser-based AR/VR, environment lighting, and cross-platform mobile AR.
Architect scalable graphics systems, rendering modules, shader libraries, and reusable frontend integrations.

Must-Haves

What You Bring:

4–8+ years of experience in graphics programming with strong WebGL/Three.js expertise.
Deep understanding of rendering pipelines, GLSL shaders, PBR, and 3D graphics fundamentals.
