Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Hosur.



The Field Sales Executive will identify and pursue current business opportunities for solar EPC solutions, including rooftop and ground-mounted projects, by visiting potential clients, conducting site assessments, and presenting tailored proposals. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with industrial, commercial, and residential customers, explaining technical and financial benefits, and supporting the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The Field Sales Executive will collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate quotations, timely follow-ups, and smooth project handovers. Daily activities include market research, cold calling, meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and representing the company at local events or client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
