Responsible for volume delivery, receivables collection & execution of sales &
GTM strategy in given geography:
* Season wise Crop Wise Volume delivery
* Recent product (RC1-RC3) launches & volume scale up as per mandate
* Price Execution & ensure timely collection of receivables
* Cost Management - Market Promotions, Travel & People Spend
* Share RSP, Collection plan & Volume outlook projections
* People Leadership, Talent identification, development
* Execution of channel strategy and periodically review the same
* Uniform execution of product & campaign communication, tools utilization
* Ensure utilization ICT tools for tracking and reporting through temp
resources
* Temp manpower timely recruitment to avoid loss of man months
* Execute product testing, sampling & Ag development plan in collaboration with
Agronomy
* Ensure adherence to Sales Return guidelines & scheme outflow within
provisions
* Execution of different farmer & trade level programs & other related
initiatives (Pravakta & Parivaar)
* Share Market updates/ Competitive intelligence/Industry estimates/Customer
insights
* Territory planning- Block analysis/Resource planning/Penetration &
Concentration planning
* Activity planning- customer calculator/big farmers/3R goals, calendarisation
& tracking
* Retail planning basis analysis- Retail penetration, depth & counter share
* Responsible for liaison with local Ag Dept. officials & ensure abiding with
laws/dept. guideline
