Job Title: Sr Associate Finance

Role overview:
We are looking for a dynamic finance professional to manage financial reporting, audits, and end-to-end finance operations. The role involves working on Ind AS financials, handling audits, and managing operational finance activities including vendor payments, compliance, and reconciliations.

On a typical day you will:
Preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind Acoounting.
Handling month-end and year-end closing activities
Leading statutory audits and supporting internal & tax audits
Managing vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payments (P2P cycle)
Processing employee reimbursements and corporate credit card reconciliations
Managing banking operations, including payments and bank reconciliations
Handling foreign outward remittances and related compliances
Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, EPF, PT,



and other statutory requirements
Performing ledger reconciliations and maintaining financial records
Coordinating with cross-functional teams (HR, Admin, Procurement, etc.)
Supporting fixed asset verification and maintaining FAR
Maintaining proper documentation and audit trails

What you will need to be successful:
Qualified CA / CMA / CA Inter/MBA
7–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
Strong knowledge of Ind AS and audit handling
Experience in end-to-end finance operations
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in JDE (JD Edwards) is an added advantage
