As a key contributor to Konu’s mission of transforming real estate through technology, this role requires a hands-on, analytical, and creative approach to digital marketing. The ideal candidate will support and gradually own the full customer journey—from social media and content marketing to paid advertising, SEO, lead funnels, and performance analytics—while leveraging modern tools like AI and automation to enhance efficiency. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with demonstrable experience through internships, freelance work, or personal projects, who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast-paced PropTech workplace.

Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, including content calendars, scheduling,



Reels/short-form planning, captions, hashtags, and community engagement.
Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including ideation and planning for social copy, blog topics, property insights, campaign messaging, website content, email/WhatsApp copy, and ad copy with strong hooks and CTAs.
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (lead-gen, traffic, conversion) and Google Ads (search, keyword research, CPC, conversion tracking), including audience targeting, A/B testing, retargeting, and budget management.
Design and manage digital lead-generation funnels, landing pages, lead forms, and conversion tracking, coordinating with sales to assess lead quality and optimize cost per lead.
Apply foundational SEO practices including on-page optimization, keyword research, meta tags, internal linking, and organic traffic monitoring using Google Search Console and competitor analysis.
