About the Role:
We're hiring an Operations Associate for our 1Network team As part of our B2B onboarding team, you'll be responsible for onboarding professionals such as doctors, architects, interior designers, teachers, and administrators. In this role, you'll ensure that B2B projects are executed smoothly by onboarding the right professionals in line with client requirements and within the required timelines.
Key responsibilities :
· Understanding project scope and identifying relevant industry stakeholders including dealers, distributors, retailers, doctors,



channel partners, and B2B respondents through LinkedIn, Naukri, industry databases, and qualified networks.
· Conducting targeted outreach to industry professionals and business stakeholders via email, LinkedIn messages, and outbound calls to onboard relevant respondents for consulting and research discussions.
· Making outbound B2B calls to prospective and existing respondents, dealers, distributors, healthcare professionals, and retailers to understand market dynamics and gather industry insights.
· Screening respondents and business participants based on client-defined screener questions, qualification criteria, and industry relevance.
· Managing end-to-end respondent engagement and relationship ownership, from onboarding and call coordination to invoicing and post-call follow-ups.
