The job
As a Senior Product Manager, AVEVA PI System, you will own the definition and delivery of customer-facing capabilities for one or more software products within the AVEVA PI System portfolio. You will own product discovery and delivery outcomes for a defined scope, including roadmap definition, prioritization, and ongoing lifecycle management—ensuring the product delivers measurable value to customers and contributes to AVEVA’s business objectives.
This role is execution-heavy and highly technical. You will translate strategy into detailed product requirements, partner with R&D; to deliver high-quality outcomes, and ensure the voice of the customer is embedded into every phase of product development.
This role requires robust technical fluency and comfort operating in an agile delivery environment.



You will represent the voice of the user in engineering forums, drive clarity through well-formed requirements and acceptance criteria, and create transparency into prioritization decisions and delivery progress.
As a senior individual contributor, you will demonstrate strong product management craft, influence without authority, and operational excellence. You will help raise the bar on how product decisions are made—using customer evidence, market insight, and data-driven metrics to guide prioritization and trade-offs.
In this role, you will also play a critical part in stakeholder engagement— responding to customer issues that impact product success. Success requires strong communication, comfort navigating ambiguity, and the ability to drive alignment across teams toward shared outcomes.
