ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Description:
The role supports the implementation and operation of the organization's information security strategy to help protect data, systems, and networks from potential threats. This role assists with implementing and maintaining network security technologies and controls to help ensure that systems, applications, and networks are protected against evolving cyber risks. Working closely with IT, infrastructure, application, and security teams, the Associate Information Security Engineer helps integrate security into technology solutions and operational processes.



The role participates in day-to-day network security operations, supports risk management activities, and helps ensure compliance with applicable security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has strong communication and analytical skills, a solid understanding of cybersecurity and networking fundamentals, and a desire to learn and grow within a collaborative enterprise security team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, and maintain security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, DMARC, DNS, and VPN
Assist in reviewing and implementing security configurations in accordance with enterprise standards
Support the implementation of enterprise network security solutions and related technical documentation
Participate in evaluating security technologies and contribute recommendations under guidance
Develop technical expertise in network security technologies
