Job Description
Position (Title): Country PMO Manager
Location of the position: Gurgaon
Job summary
You will be responsible for driving program management, project reviews, critical stakeholder connects and other critical actions in driving and promoting country business strategy, working with the office of MD of RA India.




We expect you to understand the business needs and to demonstrate collaboration with the internal stakeholders/Business units to enable country business strategy (BSR).
You will report to the Regional Vice president-Sales, India and work onsite in Gurgaon, India.
Your Responsibilities
This role would be primarily responsible for following:
Drive execution of strategic priorities: Own tracking and delivery of key BSR initiatives; ensure transparent milestones, accountability and outcomes.
Governance & IRC (schedule management): Establish and run a regular operating rhythm (IRC, reviews, dashboards, and escalation forums) to maintain momentum across cross-functional teams.
Cross-functional orchestration: Act as a central integrator across sales, BU, delivery, finance, HR, Marketing, GCCs and other global stakeholders to remove silos and accelerate decision-making.
Executive decision support: Summarise inputs into crisp insights, highlight risks/opportunities and prepare structured recomm
