Role Overview
The Director, Value Delivery, Planning & PMO is responsible for leading the Digital PMO and enterprise portfolio management capabilities across the Operating Unit, ensuring digital investments are strategically planned, effectively governed, successfully delivered, and continuously measured against business outcomes. This role serves as the central point of coordination for portfolio planning, investment governance, delivery oversight, resource optimization, and value realization.
Working across Product Management, Technology Delivery, Engineering, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and business leadership, the Director establishes the operating rhythm for strategic planning, portfolio governance, financial management, performance reporting, and executive decision-making.
