Accountabilities:




The Site Payment Specialist will provide operational support for payment system configuration and ensure that clinical trial payment requirements are accurately translated into system setups. The role involves reviewing financial documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of compliance and accuracy throughout the payment lifecycle.
Collaborate with Investigator Payments Leads and project stakeholders to understand and define payment requirements for each clinical study.
Review and interpret clinical trial agreements, budgets, amendments, and related documents to extract payment details and configuration requirements.
Configure payment information within payment systems, ensuring accurate setup of sites, payment line items, limits, caps, and supporting requirements.
Identify whether payment activities should be managed through automated data-driven processes or manual configurations.
