What you’ll do:
Core Responsibilities –
Availability - DM should have access to her/his cell phone to receive calls from the leadership team during the allocated shift and also monitor emails.
Escalation Ownership & Governance
Monitor the case end-to-end upon receiving escalation
Establish severity level, business impact, and SLA commitments immediately.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Engage ERT/TAC, Engineering, Supply Chain, PLM or any other required department in HPE.
Engage management (Theater leader, TAC management) if challenge in assigning resource or communication with customer or sales.
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management
Provide clear, concise, and factual updates to the leadership team.
