As a Partner Consultant, you will take on a multifaceted role, overseeing the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of partner associates while also managing project execution and delivery. This role requires a blend of robust project management skills, talent acquisition expertise, and the ability to foster successful partnerships between internal teams and external
associates.
What you will do:
Hiring & Onboarding: • Liaise with portfolio leaders to understand skill requirements.
Closely follow-up on the hiring status of partner associates
Source, screen, and shortlist potential partner associates based on defined criteria.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between partner associates and internal stakeholders.
