Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack .NET with strong hands-on experience building, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, jQuery, and MS SQL Server. This role is ideal for an engineer who can work across the application stack, translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions, support production stability, and collaborate closely with product, QA,



and engineering teams in a healthcare technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, jQuery, and MS SQL Server.
Develop and optimize database objects, queries, stored procedures, and performance using MS SQL Server tools such as SQL Profiler and Execution Plans.
Translate business requirements and workflow needs into technical design, implementation, and maintainable application changes.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes that improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
Identify technical debt, recommend practical improvements, and contribute to scalable, secure, and maintainable software delivery.
Support engineering best practices through code reviews, documentation, testing discipline, and knowledge sharing with other team members.
