Accountabilities
As a Growth Manager, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy for a product, executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving continuous experimentation across multiple marketing channels.
Lead the overall growth strategy for an established brand, owning planning, execution, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization.
Develop and manage email marketing and lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, personalization, and performance optimization.
Drive conversion rate optimization across landing pages, pricing pages, sign-up flows, and checkout experiences through structured experimentation.
Create and publish high-quality marketing content, including landing pages, blog articles, email campaigns, lead magnets, and social media content using AI-assisted workflows.
